Villa Lumy is a project in the mountainous region of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.
325 m² of covered and semi-covered space + swimming pool.
It features a living room/kitchen area, terraces, 3 en-suite bedrooms, a powder room, terraces, and a swimming pool with a solarium and covered patio.
The main design principles were adaptation to the climate and a harmonious connection between indoors and outdoors.
